looking forward Artwork

The photos of the child (I'm assuming its' two different photos of the same child) are really interesting--the haircut with the tattoos and chains/necklaces are really unexpected to see on a child. If it was an adult with that appearance I don't think the piece would nearly as intriguing.

I like the monochrome color scheme and the flowy effects.

For critique:

--I like the clouds but they look strange being isolated to just the one part of the picture. I think if they extended to the left side (even if they were faint) it might tie the piece together better

--There's some nice movement with the streaks, but most of the movement leads out, there's not a lot of movement leading me around the picture. The most interesting thing visually are the photos of the child which is concentrated to the center of the image.

--I don't know if this is intentional, but the overlap of the two photos looks odd to me. The kids look like they're nearly back to back/right next to each other, yet the child in back is so much smaller, I feel like he should be further back spatially.

Hopefully this all makes sense.
